When we first moved into the camper, I had a cute dining room set up, but after a few months, we decided to turn the dining room (that we never used) into a cat space. We ditched the dining room table and chairs and I think the cats really appreciate the decision.

I know nothing about “design,” but I know I love using whites, grays and a couple pops of color. It works for me! Of course, "buffalo plaid" is just another neutral for me; from the curtains to the pillows to the walls, you can find a little bit of buffalo throughout the camper.

RV: Year 1 Before & After

Sometimes I feel like I wish we would have purchased an older camper, so our renovation would have been much more drastic...but, when I look at before-and-after pictures like these, I’m reminded that a little paint, furniture and decor goes a long way. Adding personal touches to our space really makes it feel like home.
